FinishXpert Filler Spray – Advanced surface finishing for 3D prints
FinishXpert Filler is an advanced filling spray specifically developed to improve the surface quality of 3D printed parts. Designed to work with a wide range of thermoplastic materials used in FFF and FGF technologies, this innovative formula delivers consistent, high-quality results with a filling capacity of approximately 15–30 microns per coat.
The spray comes in an elegant RAL 7042 grey and is easy to sand, making it ideal for smoothing prints produced with standard settings such as 0.2 mm layer height and 0.4 mm nozzle

FinishXpert Filler creates a uniform surface layer that helps reduce visible layer lines and correct imperfections. By applying 2–3 coats with intermediate sanding, you can achieve a significantly smoother and more refined finish.
The process is simple: apply a coat, sand the surface, and repeat if necessary until the desired smoothness is achieved.
Wide material compatibility
This spray is designed for versatility and works effectively with a broad range of materials, including: PLA, ABS, PET, PETG, PP, PA and other common thermoplastics used in FFF/FGF printing.

PETG Hyper Speed
PETG Hyper Speed is designed for fast, reliable, and high-quality 3D printing. Engineered for hyper-speed performance, it maintains strong layer adhesion, durability, and smooth surface quality, even at printing speeds up to 1000mm/s. It combines the toughness of ABS with the printability of PLA, making it tougher than PLA and ideal for functional and mechanical parts. Its chemical, moisture, and temperature resistance ensure long-lasting performance, while slight flexibility helps prevent brittle failures.
02 HELPFUL REMINDERS
Tips & tricks
1. Keep PETG dry
PETG can absorb moisture from the air. If it gets wet, your print may have strings, bubbles or rough spots. Store it in a sealed bag or dry box, and dry it before printing if needed.
2. Don’t press it into the bed
PETG sticks strongly to the print bed. If the nozzle is too close, the first layer can look rough or be hard to remove. Leave a little more space than you would with PLA.
3. Use medium cooling
PETG does not like too much or too little cooling. Too much fan can make layers weaker, while too little can make details messy. Start around 30–50% fan speed.
4. Adjust retraction for strings
PETG can leave thin strings between parts of the print. If this happens, try a little more retraction, faster travel moves or a slightly lower printing temperature.
5. Find the right temperature
If the temperature is too high, PETG can make blobs and strings. If it is too low, layers may not stick well together. Start with the recommended settings and adjust slowly.
6. Use glue as a release layer
PETG can sometimes stick too strongly to smooth PEI or glass. A thin layer of glue stick can help protect the build plate and make the print easier to remove.
